This lets you perform almost any image editing task. Photoshop shows images in grayscale or color using a small thumbnail image that you can drag, zoom, and pan around your desktop as you work. Since you can zoom in as close as you want, you can see small details in the image. The Photoshop feature browser lets you scroll through the available image tools and features, including the effects in the Adobe Photoshop Elements package. You can view the various editable layers and their properties and perform multiple layers of edits on the image simultaneously. The Edit feature’s key controls are the Primary and Secondary windows, where you can work on one image at a time. The Layers panel shows all the layers (figures, text, shapes, etc.) for that image as well as their layer properties, visibility, and transparency (the transparency refers to the images you can see behind the image on the Layers panel).
